Register device action

Register device: Create or refresh a device in the Devices registry from an inbound report — how an ESP or any self-reporting board appears in Studio.

Arguments

Register device takes name, address (required), transport, kind, vendor, model, tenantId, meta. Any of them may be a token that reads an earlier step.

Where it runs

Register device reaches the host's own instance and is kept for operators.
