Run workflow cell action

Run workflow cell: Execute a workflow/grid cell.

Arguments

Run workflow cell takes gridId, workflowId, cellId. Any of them may be a token that reads an earlier step.

Where it runs

Run workflow cell reaches the host's own instance and is kept for operators.
