Send webhook: POST a JSON payload to a webhook URL (fire-and-forget).

Arguments

Send webhook takes url (required), payload, headers. Any of them may be a token that reads an earlier step.

Where it runs

Send webhook reaches the host's own instance and is kept for operators.
